does any1 here think that minutemen are a bit unbalanced?

i downloaded this game but i dont know how to play it and it dosnt come up on steam
can any1 help?

the game is realalistic, and loyal to the truth
however there is two problems:
1. bots tend to walk into impaasable terrain and shoot at the walls
2.no ones ever on the servers ang i cant get on them because "it uses different models
can anyone give me a hand on these?
