Well thank you for making this and breathing new life into this classic. I just wish DieHard's S3TC HD Pack included more textures.
All of the weapons could use lots of additional work, both in terms of gameplay, visuals, and audio. I don't want to go through everything here because it would take up a page, but I strongly suggest taking a close look at every weapon and giving them a revision.
Have you thought about making glowmaps for some of the weapons? The stinger and dispersion pistol for example have some lights on them.
Doesn't work at all. I use 227i patch and I added the mutator, but nothing happoened.
EDIT: Nevermind, it crashed instead.
Okay I got it working. The desc says that the Gina player skin is updated but it doesn't look any different.
"If using Unreal 227, the Mutator button will appear when you go to the 'new game' window."
How do I get this working on 227i? There is no "Mutator button".
GOG version asks for CD after patch.

I hope you realize that 90% of the issues with Doom 3 was the gameplay.
The problem with making the game more realistic is that the game by default doesn't have enough mechanics to be a truly realistic game.
Music doesn't work for Phantom Express, I don't know about other levels yet.
I expect big things from this mod, not just minor edits. I expect an overhaul of the weapons and enemies.
A lot of the maps are quite different.
You are doing god's work here. It's still not perfect, but it's so damn close that I couldn't care less.
