Right now i'm putting more attention to a an other DoomRemake project which is includes two more teammates.
I'v migrated some of my assets to this project and i'm planing to make it eventually a remake of doom 1 and 2 and combine it.

Yeah i was joking about the doom 1 thing but i find it hard to believe they are going to release 2 versions of a new doom :O
Actually i'm thinking more : Gun, ShutGun and zombie ( This is what i need for the first level )
Didn't think about it actually, As i see the camera in the original doom is moving up and down and the gun is moving left to right, i will try to make something similar .
I'v checked it and it sounds too different from the original so i will stick with the original , thanks for offering though .
Wired they are saying doom and not doom 4, time will tell . ( could of be a nice trolling give the beta of doom 1 XD ) .

Well, UDK makes it a lot easier to make a good FPS,
It comes with a lot of FPS functionalities built in that it will just be stupid to have to rebuild it all if you are going for this kind of game anyways .
I will work on it for the next release :)
I do want to make a good impression in my first alpha release, so i prefer to have it better looking from the original .
About the maps making however, It probably will be kwstasg who will build them for my project as i will let him use my models and animations for his . We have a page and a group for his project if you are interested :

The amount of health the imp has will be adjusted when it will be matter, the video has the default health amount of a basic character and it didn't matter that much for testing . I just felt red is a nice color for it, it can be brown too for nostalgia sake .

Well i wanna make it so you can spawn imps with some key and fight them ( imp hitting and firing at you ) . i guess it would take some weeks or less...
Well i kinda like it the way it is right now, it will require me to make the stronger monsters ( Hell knight etc... ) even more muscular but we will see how it goes...
I guess you are using windows 8 or have a 32bit version of some windows, this version is not relevant now anyways because i'v restarted the project in UDK ( Unreal Engine 3 ) and i hope to upload somthing soon .
