I found another problem, which can be corrected easily.
The sith battlecruiser did not want to deploy its fighter cover (only the bombers), because in its XML file the fighters named as sith fighters, but there is no sith fighters in the game files (the actual sith fighters are the renamed starvipers). After I chaged the sith_fighter_squadron to starviper_squadron, the battlecruiser started to deploy its fighters.

It is one of my favourite, however, I think I run into a problem about Mira (bounty hunter in the Revan Alliance), who is not doing anything in combat other than throw her greandes/bombs.
Is this character equipped with any other weapon or the grenade/throwed bomb is her only weapon? I cannot find her XML file to locate/repair this problem (sadly I also cannot find the XML for Revan).

Just go down to Bretonia systems and find their prison station in Manchester. The Bretonians are neutral to you through the game so you can go their any time and sell prisoners, do some trading or hunt some fugitives.

For ships, go to the new systems. From chugoku you can go to Tohoku then to X-3043. Or go down to the New York system and from there to the Custodian system (then to X-3043). From New London you can go to the Corridor system, then to Inner Cloud, then Nephele (IIRC there is a prison station in this system) then X-3043. You may go to Omicron Alpha and use the hidden jump gate to reach X-3043.

If you want money just go to the Sigma 13 system and find the old Imperial fighter wrecks, then go to Omicron alpha and find the destroyed outcast wrecks around the Unknown Jumphole.

If you don't like the above options, just go to Colorado and kill as many Xeno as you can. Killing Xenos increase your reputation toward everyone except the xenos, noamds and the new species.

You can buy many new ships in the new systems. My personal favourite is the Griffin (you can buy this very heavy fighter in Mactan base, Magelan System and its relatively cheap, fast and agile).
