Never use artifacts ? Seriously ? You almost really have to invest in a suit with the capability to carry at least 3 IMO.( The bulletproof ones are useless.) But the anti-rads ( a must ! ), stamina, bleeding, health and increased weights are a must in my book. It's how you combine them to benefit the suit and anomalies you need to deal with.
i didnt use them too, just in very bad cases and anomalies, vodka is best antirad :D and i had some **** from mutants that was preventing me from those electric anomalies
