I got knifed by a guy with one.
but how did the first guy who got infected sign got a infected sign who gave you a infected sign? ( tell me if this twists your brain or tounge)
Either one of the Infinity Ward guys played against some players and knifed one and then that player then that player knifed another player then another player knifed another player then the other player knifed another one. Or Infinity Ward were lazy and just gave it to a random player so it can spread.
