I'm going to ask that if you read this, and if you own Unreal Tournament 3, that you please download and try out my new (and first) map for UT3. It is called Dm-Rubik and it is a 3 x 3 x 3 cube with color codings for maximum carnage. It should be available in my addons section. Here is a video of it. (I'm currently working on uploading it to ModDB.)

So, for a school project I had to make a game in DarkBasic (if I don't take the class I don't get my degree :-/). Now for those of you who have never actually had the "wonderful" experience of using DarkBasic, it's a lot like trying to program anything. WIthout the actual functionality.

I will say however that my fellow programmer in the whole ordeal (who actually doesn't know how to program anything. She's an artist, and was using my source code the entire semester) did an excellent job with the art. ALL of it is custom made (or so she tells me). I did the opening and closing screens (MS PAINT FTW!) In case you haven't played it yet, please click here to download it

 We decided to go with a cutesy artstyle, which I think we pulled off pretty well (despite the opening screen). The reason the opening screen is set up the way it is, is because of a clash of styles. The game is cute and artsy. The menu is dark with a foreboding song. Thought it would be ironic to then press enter and find out that the opening screen was nothing more than a clever ruse.

 Anyways. Download and enjoy the game.
