On further deliberation, It might be just that it is left attached to the resource point, due to the amount of energy it uses to be able to communicate with aircraft in orkoid space.
Also given the factor that there are few flyboy playerz and mostly Waaaghhh... players, it would seem appropriate the there wouldn't need to be more then one built at a time, possibly 2 using two resource points. :P
Also respectfully limiting large flyas forces to larger maps with a lot more resources. :P
I wasn't sure of how to unlatch it from the points so that is why it is in these style at the moment. :)
