As long as he is much weaker than normal imperial conscripts I am not against it. But in conscripts are cheap enough so what will differ him from them?

I would say they were the toughness of Conscripts. due to surface area for weapon damage.
With more accuracy then a sniper team. :) Due to their only purpose being as snipers their entire lives. :)
Thwy are good as snipers and nothing else. :)
Could this be put over the grots to give it animations?
