I'm not sure if you can use a melee animations as the special ability in corsix/AE.

I was thinking a work around and set their melee distance to greater then their firing distance and having psychic effects work fro the squad as w whole.

Not sure how to work this, but it would means auto psychic ability usage, :) That is the best solution I could come up with so far,

Due to complexities in the model I was not yet able to get a decent working in OE.... Hence rough OE work and Re FFE'ing it back into the whe.

Psychic Fx like the missile is used in the units.

Marker_sword_hilt (-0.62,1.04,0.31) is the best solution I could find for an all inclusive marker. :)

Or would it be easier to have 2 of the weapons type as a leader..
Having different EBPs each and combining them in the SBPs...

Meaning:
Marker_sword_blade_tip (-0.32,1.84,1.29)
would be able to be used for the sword and the staff with the other marker:
Marker_sword_hilt (-0.62,1.04,0.31)
Being used for the pimp cane(Force Rod)
