hmm, watched both videos. a single cell needs millions of the different components mentioned in order to be complete, and all of them would have to be exactly correct in order for the cell have the things it needs to live. It would also have to come to life somehow. im still liking my odds

i wasn't saying any complex organism, just one single, “simple” cell. All of the cell's components would have to be at the same place, at the same time, do their jobs as their supposed to, ect. The chance that all of this happens correctly are extremely small.

FYI i did get what your saying in your analogy.

edit; hmm, apparently i didn't hit reply to comment:/

KKK were not Christians. they may have said they were, but they either weren't or somehow missed the whole “all men are created equal” thing.

Homosexuality is different, as it is a sin. Christians have no right to do anything to them, other than refuse to stay around them.

As far as i know, the Bible says nothing about the shape of the Earth. The Catholic church is the main thing that kept anyone from questioning things such as the earth being flat. Note that practicing Catholics do not follow the Bible as Christians do. The bible gives Christians no right to rule as the Catholics did. If someone doesn't follow the Bible, the most a Christian can do is talk to them.

And yes, the sign in the pic is rather funny in its senselessness

“no evidence.”

Science proves Creationism. Here's how;

From a logical point of view, there are only two possibilitys of how life originated.

1. abiogenesis
2. creationism

Possibility One; that a bunch of atoms somehow came together perfectly to form DNA, , Enzymes, all of the different parts of a cell, all at once, all in the same place. Not only did these things come together so perfectly that the cell could consume/use energy, it could also reproduce itself. The chance of all of this happening, all at the same time, is incredibly small. Usually something in science with a extremely small chance of happening is referred to as “impossible.”

Possibility Two; God created everything. There isn't much of a obvious scientific way to prove or disprove this other than what i'm about to type here.

So, two possibility.
The first, abiogenesis, disproved itself with being against extremely long odds. Which, by process of elimination, only leaves creationism, proving that God is real.

41.) Yes, i did have to google it. No, Atavism doesn't prove that humans evolved from apes.

42.) Same as no.38.

43.) Same as no.42.

44.) There are ways to compare the these two subjects. Animals and people were designed, whether you believe by God or by an evolutionary process.

45.) As said above, apes are similar to humans in some ways.

46.) No, i just know that i was created by God.

47.) I don't know any of these people. And i think about and examine the things i hear/see, i don't simply take them.

48.) Same as no.43.

49.) When i get information, i think of it as logically as i can.

50.) Same as no.48.

All 50 of these points have been countered. Responses are welcome, ill respond as best i can.

32.) Everything is usable to humans, or interesting to them, so in a way everything is in fact designed for humans.

34.) The number of people believing in a theory are irrelevant here.

35.) Same as no.33 +politics are irrelevant here.

36.) The number of people believing in a theory are irrelevant here.

37.) As stated above, evolution is real- to a point.

38.) Same as no.35.

39.) No, evolution is real to a point, as stated above. I'm a Christian, yet i know evolution is real(again, to a point.)

40.) Time is irrelevant here.

11.) Yes, theory is based on scientific facts. Which, would technically mean, that the Big Bang and Abiogenesis “theorys” are misclassified. These are still hypothesis, considering nether one has any facts to prove it.

12.) Not sure where science self-corrects itself, more explanation would be welcomed here. The Bible never contradicts itself, therefore doesn't need correcting. If it did contradict itself, it would not need correcting, it would need to be ignored entirely, because if it contradicted itself it would be false.

13.) Not at all, evolution is the slow change of a creature over multiple generations. Example; The Hammerhead shark's “hammer” is slowly getting thinner over the years.

14.) I can't see any point or logic to no.14, therefore i don't need to counter it any more than this.

15.) Evolution can be a tool of Satan. While alot of televangelists teach falsehood, that is, things not found in the bible, the point of evolution being a tool of Satan is somewhat true. As far as gays, true Christians should not hate anyone. We should keep ourselves away from such people though.

16.) As stated above, alot of televangelists are not true Christians, and carbon dating is flawed.

17.) I am often wrong about things, and i will probley never learn as much as some people have forgotten.

18.) As stated above, carbon dating is flawed.

19.) I can follow this logic, but i know that there are no facts to support evolution of this level.

20.) I don't think this ever happened to me, but there isn't a point to no.20 anyways.

Some bad news; im going to go ahead and call it quits on this mod. it feels more like a job nowadays, and its been inactive for a while now. Plus im trying to help another guy get his mod started.

If anyone would like to continue the mod, i would be glad to hand it over. If anyone wants to use art/programming from this in their own mod, feel free to do so, except with stuff that i used from The Great Trench War mod(infantry, albatross, trenches). If you want to use the Steam shovel unit, Airdrome, or Ammo Dump, contact me and i would be glad to give them to you.

sorry for not completing the mod guys :/

Well, the thing is, is that im not (at the moment) planning on releasing a bunch of maps with this, and a few buildings (like the Barracks) will actually be upgrades for the trenches. And making trenches buildable means most maps can be used with my mod.

I will still probably have some maps with trenches already integrated later on tho
