im thinking you're talking about the tanks in warhammer 40k. i'm wanting a more realistic look than that though, and i can't really think of many units to add that wouldn't be redundant:/

What will the modding for this game be like? will it be as easy to mod as Generals, or will we have to know a programming language, or no modding at all?

No, the mod works with TFD. For future reference, The First Decade version of Generals ZH is exactly the same as the original but with the latest patch applied, which most mods require anyways.
Make sure you install the mod to your main Zero Hour directory. Also, try making a shortcut as shown in the description.
hmm, well i haven't worked on the mod in quite some time, although i wouldn't call it dead yet. Not sure when another update will be.
Anyways, did you try making an icon? Also note that i haven't tested this mod on a Mac, so if your using that i don't know if it will work.
And for a little info, if/when i release another update i'll probley have a better launching system, as the current one seems buggy.
the island reminds me alot of the Sand Island airbase from Ace Combat 5

hmm, that sounds cool. i don't know if its possible, and if it is i don't know if units can be combined into a team like that. It might be possible with scripting, or mabey in a mission. Thanks for the idea!

Well, i looked into it. The African Union dosen't have many planes, nor is it high tech to the point of missiles like the ones seen on the Kiev. i am planning on giving the United Nations an aircraft carrier though, and now might give it some cannons Kiev-style. Thanks for the feedback!
make sure it installs to your main zero hour folder. If it still doesn't work, try installing an making an icon as described above

The Mushashi was the Yamato's sister ship. As far as i know, Yamato is the class along with one of the ship's name. hmm, i guess there was two correct answers to this question, lol.
Correct! i'm planning on having all guns as of the 1945 refit. Possibly have it able to launch planes too. Hopefully i can make all guns be individually bought/destroyed, which shouldn't be a problem. If so, i might also have other destroyable objects on the ship.
Hmm, i don't really see a good way to make a Canadian-only faction. That being said, i could make an airdrop consisting of some Canadian special forces and some vehicles as a General's power. Thanks for the suggestion!

Ya, they are, lol. i'm not good at texturing. In version 2 when i add damaged models ill probley make the textures better where i can, as in this case.
well, most of the detail is in the textures, which i can't really do :/
