Yea I found out it's "OkToChangeModelColor = No" that keeps them grey. Didn't know you made those maps as well, nice work :-)
Did that for the trebuchet as well, its counterweight remaps prolly due to its grey/white-ish color.

And with set I meant the same voices but without the Gondor lines, I remember it was called voiceset or something in Red Alert 2.

Something I noticed while playing on mission maps where you have a full Arnor base (a mappack I downloaded here) is that the Rangers are always grey, while in 'normal' maps, they use the color of your team. That would be a suggestion.

The Royal Guard uses Gondor voices when created from the Barracks. Maybe a custom voice set can be configured like for the Dunedain Soldiers and Archers (full Gondor voice set, but without the lines where they say "Gondor" or "White Tree").

Hi King-Arveleg, great mod you got there. The only one so far which properly reinstates Arnor as a playable faction.
I took the liberty to fix some issues on my end, maybe you could take them over in the real mod:
- Arnor Cavelry Banner Carrier has the Gondor voice, I replaced it with the Infantry Banner Carrier voice.
- Arnor Ranger walks around with a default infantry banner carrier, this looks off to me so I replaced it with the original (unfortunately no red banner though, but it's the same as in the Angmar missions).
- I took over the Grand Harvest effect on the Arnor farms which are displayed on GondorFarm when the upgrade is completed.
- I default upgraded to the Numenor Stonework on the fortress (by taking the 2.02 grand harvest upgrade logic from GondorWorkshop). This might be unbalanced, but I thought it resembles the campaing variants more closely.

Hope some of these changes are to your liking and you consider bridging them to the mod :-)

However I cannot assure you everything will be included, as I'm still working on the whole package. Updates are to be expected.
