If you want to shoot dragons with assault rifles look into Shadowrun. Though you would probably be better off with a 50cal machinegun. I mean if you dont want to die too fast anyway.

Finally! I am a fan of fantasy and scifi myself. But the fact that someone is finally letting you play a game like this as a single individual sparks my interest. I've been trying to figure out why no one has done this already for a while now. Nice to see that someone actually IS!

I gotta say people are people. They are possibly more likely to let greed, hate, and fear drive them to do foolish things when they feel they have less to nothing to lose. Not many are going to lose everything and decide to become better people.

Considering how important footware really is it would be a realistic sort of survival thing the make boots, or footwraps if you're in dire straights, a somewhat valuable commodity in the zone. And separate from all but completely enclosed suits.

Anyways everything was looking really good and really interesting but.. Was I the only one that thought the shotgun in hand in the video looked a little short and fat? Is that how that particular model really looks? I dunno.

medve Terraria was top in steam for a good while. 2D too. I like natural selection myself. But you can't look down on the 2D. It certainly has its place in gaming.

Hey it's your game. Do what you like. But I'm of a different opinion on game realism than you are. It's a fictional world. You can build a sense of realism in a game world that has no relation at all to true reality. All it requires is that you make a little effort to make a set of rules, natural laws, to the world that the human mind can accept then enforce them.

You could have made a magic system with a lot of restrictions and limitations. And even a risk to reward type deal. Such as magic could kill the character if pushed too far. Or you can only perform magic by collecting something challenging deep in dungeons. And you could make it so magic isn't super powerful but more of a help to improve your survival situation.

Anyways, I can see why you decided not to put in magic and I wouldn't fault you for making your own choices with your own game. I just can't say I agree with the thought process behind it as explained. That said.. Rock on. I'm still watching this game with interest and doubt I will stop any time soon!

I made it to 10 days 74b. But that was lucky. I think the most important change is stopping guys from spawning on scavenge. Mostly because weak chumps spawn and run. Then repeat... Soon you have a freakin army of them. lol Very smart change there.

Might I suggest seeing if you all can't work something out with ? It's one of my favorite placed to keep track of MMOs. I mean if they are willing I don't think it would cost you anything but time.

At the very least you should be able to set up an account to display info on your game. But considering the uniqueness and quality that you all have shown so far I wouldn't be surprised if they were happy to do an interview.

While I like it considerably less and could tell you little about it also seems fairly active and they put up a lot of video reviews using youtube.

I wish I were doing better and could contribute more but these suggestions are all I really have to offer. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Those bracket looking things on the walls remind me of the old docking bays from X2. Not a bad thing as that was my favorite game from the X-Universe series. I mean sure they made graphical advances and added nice features with 3 and its expansions but X2.. It sucked me in the most. Had the most authentic feel.

I have only one point of confusion. Possibly because I've never played either of the games you've modded. Do you aim to combine both individual character control/movement with big floating sailing as the entire ship by the time you are nearing basic feature completeness?

Sorry there are actually two. Do you plan to make this a retail game?

Sweet. I find the UI to be pleasing too look as well as discreet and not likely to break immersion in the game. Well aside from the tool tips. But early on they are necessary and its good that they are attention grabbing.
