A member of clan Skirata. Novall was trained to be a Supercommando early on and joined the Mandalorian Armed Forces, he first saw service during the Battle of Sleheyron where he was part of the team that sabotaged the planetary shield generators and allowed the Mandalorian Battlegroup to bombard enemy military complexes from orbit.
Novall would later be assigned to the 72nd Legion and defend the Mandalorian Empire against the New Galactic Empire, he was awarded a medal for hijacking an All Terrain Armored Transport single-handedly to safe his regiment.
When the Mandalorian Civil War erupted it, he sided with the Shock Troopers when his squad turned on him believing he had switched sides. In reality he was rather neutral about the ideologies of both parties.
During the battle of Kuar he fought with the Shock Troopers against his own men, with whom he served for many years. Eventually though, the Imperial Mandalorians won and he was captured.
His imprisonment was short as the New Galactic Empire moved in like a vulture on the weakened Mandalorians. Novall was released and fought alongside both Imperial Mandalorians and Shock Troopers against the Galactic Empire's armada, they managed to fight them to a stalemate on Kuar but were forced back when the threat of orbital bombardment came.
On Mandalore, he went underground and continued resisting the Empire with the 72nd Legion Screaming Basilisks and took part in the Mandalorian Uprising.
