Born during the Cold War, Lyn Novastar hails from Corsin and since a young age loved Swoop Races for which the world was renowned. Unlike others of her homeworld she did not feel the same love for life, Lyn was raised with a while the Mandalorians claimed the world for their Empire and she believed in their cause and as such was more then willing to join their Armed Forces.
However she was kept on Mandalore for many years till the Silentium war broke out.
At Onderon, Lyn held the royal palace with fellow Mandalorian soldiers against hordes of droids. She received decorations for this battle including a Medal of Glory from Mand'alore himself.
Later she was at the Battle of Dxun leading her own unit, Lyn's team was ambushed by mercenaries at a forest clearing and pinned down. Vivec's Special Forces unit was diverted to save what was left of them while they were on their way to a power generator.
The Super Commando forces overpowered the mercenaries with sniper fire and air superiority.
The battered Warriors and Super Commandos joined up for an attack on a power generator, they instead found that the station was abandoned.
Inside the compound Vivec and Lyn searched for the control room while the others secured the facility, Castus provided sniper cover from the roof of the building.
When finding and entering the control room, Vivec was hit by a booby trap. Lyn was barely able to save his life by administering Bacta, when she revived Vivec he explained how to heal him and ordered for the generators destruction.
With the conclusion of the battle, Lyn Novastar joined the Special Forces, learnt more about medicine and was later placed under Vivec's command.
She is very feminine and has a slender frame, smooth blond hair and blue eyes.
