My version of the game was downloaded from Steam. Perhaps that could be the problem? I had a similar issue when downloading a COH mod.

I don't know if it's a bug, but I've encountered a similar problem. I've tried launching JKA directly and MBII but they both end up going to JKA. Is there something else I need to do to get it working other than installing? Or am I doing something wrong?
