that is really easy to give each other a weapon .Just use F3 and put an unit on the map, now click on it and press breed and an window will open then you can see the inventory, put armors and weapons that you like and save .They will stay like that all the time you enter the game
NOTE: Only POT units will stay changed when ya enter the game
