PLEASE tell me this is still being worked on. I just played this for the first time. And, well, I must point out that the edge-scrolling on the map doesn't work when this mod plays.

Can't. His scuds and demo-traps and tanks kill my tanks before they can reach the AA. And his AA kills my aircraft. He throws EVERYTHING at me; it's easy mode, but he acts like Medium mode.

Suppose you didn't like the Armor General. What other general have you beaten him with?

Uh huh, and you do realize that he was easier back then, right? His scuds could be shot down, but now they can't.

And what part of "Easy" mode do you not understand?

He spams AA vehicles, which have ridiculous range advantages over helicopters.

I CAN'T get any infantry out before I am already under attack!

It matters not which General I play as. His demo-bikes take out my buildings before I even have a supply depot. His Scuds can't be shot down, and he SPAMS EVERYTHING.

The demo-general is WAY TOO aggressive on Easy mode. Your latest patch made him even worse by making his Scuds immune to getting shot down. :(

The mod needs to calm the Demolitions General down. I can't beat him even on Easy mode; I am under full scale attack from him in under 15 seconds; I prefer to take my time. :(

Hmm, recruiting troops doesn't seem to affect the population of the city; that means it will take FOREVER to convert the populations of my Indian colonies.

Okay, I started to test, and I noticed that none of the minor factions are available for the grand campaign.

And to make matters worse, the game-made portraits have been replaced by those AWFUL, nauseating, and often historically inaccurate portraits. :(

On a positive note, thank you very much for not following Darthmod's stupid and nonsensical habit of putting unrealistic limits on certain units, e.g., sepoys, while ironically leaving other units, like mercenaries, be unlimited.

I beg you to update this mod one final update, by allowing me to start the USA in 1700, with ALL the native tribes and pirates still present. I wish to birth the American Empire nice and early. Change history. :)

And yes, please got back to the better pictures for monarchs and generals that the original game had.

Does this have all of those minimods included?

I myself was thinking that the Time Bomb explosion should be replaced with the one from a tank shell. TNT doesn't make fire. It only makes an explosion.

Otherwise, fighting oil-pump fires would be impossible. 😁

We agreed to remove it, because it took up a needed slot in the weapon selection menu.

Update, how is it now?

The lag seems to disappear whenever I restart my computer and go to Deluxe first thing afterwards.

Is it possible to keep all the good parts of this mod, while deactivating certain parts that aren't so good, like the new portraits for characters, like kings and generals?

The new map on the bottom part of the screen is hard to read to as well. It makes the regions look fragmented.

Is there a version of Darthmod that DOESN'T **** up the character pictures and the music?

All other Generals give me several minutes to build a base and prepare on Easy, and even then, limit what they throw at me, as I enjoy taking my time, building a lovely base.

With the Demo General, I am under attack in literally only 15 seconds.

I love the Little Bird helicopters, and the Mig-31 Firefox model.
