I've always been a big Battlefield fan and have played every game they've put out. One of the things that I love about the games is the co-ordination required to move squads of infantry, tanks and aircraft (and sometimes boats) in something resembling an organized assault. So I think that the new commander feature (which is a modified version of the commander from BF2, I believe) adds a new level of control where someone is looking at the larger picture and moving the chess pieces around. It looks great and I think that it is a great way to incorporate tablets to the game (a natural fit I think rather than a gimmick thing). There will be some games that might be lopsided due to better "commanders" but anyone familiar with Battlefield games (or fps games in general) knows that there are probably more lopsided games than fair ones. When you do get one of those fair ones, where both sides are struggling and the lead is switching hands over and over again and the map is decimated by the extended fighting, that is when the game shines and I feel like those special "water cooler" moments are born. So I am pumped about BF4 and seeing where they are taking the series, I just hope they can avoid the annual update thing that has soured the COD series to me (although I still play them from time to time).

Keep up the good work DICE!
