Aha, sorry bout that, isee what you mean, i write it fast, and then hoping you to ask "whats wrong", as far as i see, then there i smoothing errors at some parts, hard edges etc. i don't know if you use auto smooth or what you do?.. i can guess you use 3ds max?

a little advice: stop making them fast, and then make them better, there is lots of errors and you are going to get massive problems when you get them ingame, if you ever do...

Oh your ok at making props, just needs a little less poly, make a low poly, and bake a polymap if you know how to do that, but at once i gotta say, good job!

Currently its dead, but in the far future, i am going to take it up, alone or with other, not sure :p
I am not a 3ds max user, i use Maya, so its kind of hard for me to say how to do, but you can find some coding that allows you to use bumpmapping, or code it yourself, and i would suggest you to find a tutorial on how to do it (ie. www.3dtotal)or something (btw you can make hair out of low polys, textures or bumpmap) but good luck with the project, and feel free to pm me at any time.

I can see your just strecthing your vertexes to make it look right?.. please find some better methodes i think that you are ok at making weapon, but you should drop the organics. But it looks alot, better than the other, but still,not perfect and by the way you can bake a bumpmap out of the smoothed one onto the one without meshsmooth, it will look the same + not so many polys, but again, i dont know the max polys for a charc. on the GldScr engine, on source a charc should only be around 10k, and maps on gold scr is only like.. 2-5k? for a multiplayer map(i think it was the recommended polys) so the head is a bit high poly :P

But 2 weapons a day is a bit crazy, because people dont play mods for so long to be honest, you should cut some of them down, and then focus some more on the quality like i said, i think it goes too fast, also i must say your mapping skills is really, really good!
I don't know bout that, your bevel is too strong etc. there is some errors that is not just lighting errors

I don't srsly think that you can make this many weapons, your a kid you got alot of idears, but you must limit your idears of weapons, you cant have 70 weapons in a singleplayer mod, not even Valve would make this many in 3 years and still make them quality work, seriously, maybe you should focus more on the quality and make very less weapons, and make some props too insted, right now, the quality of the weapons isent really good.
btw dont flame me about how i am mean or anything, i just tell the truth as a modeller myself.
