We can't say for sure (yet), but it will certainly not be too pricey.
It will mostly depend on development costs and royalties that Crytek and distributor(s) will take.

Hey,
As we made clear on the summary page, we are not using any sample assets from the CryENGINE 3 free SDK. This rumor started when caseymbegley101 made false observations.
There are obvious differences you can spot between our assets and the sample assets.
Hello there,
Fudsine and I, have been working with the CryEngine since Far Cry 1 came out in 2004. We posted our first piece of media for this project on 12/03/12. We have since written two news articles on the project over the course of an entire year. So it would depend on your definition of every other day. As for the assets, these have been handmade and textured by Fudsine and I, As a 'lead modeler' yourself, if you look you will probably be able to tell the difference.
However we are flattered that you are comparing our assets to ones made by a company with a multi-million dollar budget and that you can't tell the difference on inital glance. Here is a side-by-side comparison for your benefit: Oi46.tinypic.com We have recently recruited a very talented character artist, who is doing exactly what the role describes creating characters and animating them.
Having spent 9 years working with the CryEngine and its source code throughout its safe to say we can handlethe scripting side of the characters aswell as the rest of the game. Thank you for your observations.

We don't have any estimates right now.
Which means, when it's done :p
Are you so sure? We're making good progress at the moment.
Please, stop spreading rumors about it being dead! I'm creating a new AI system from scratch for the project, it does take some time.
To show you the project is still alive and kicking, we're going to give you a really nice update soon! Stay tuned!
We're two, actually.
And yes, this is a huge project for two people to do; which is why we need time and money to finish it.
No, it will NOT die! We're still working on it!
We're not dying, not just yet, we're still working hard on delivering you the best Crysis experience you can have. We're finishing up Crysis 1 co-op for a release soon.
The lighting settings have been adjusted since this screenshot was taken, we've populated the jungle ground with more vegetation assets, and have improved the terrain texturing, too.
Thank you for your input.
We (Me and Fudsine) are working on three projects at time, right now. Marooned (https://www.indiedb.com/games/marooned), Crysis 2 Co-op and Crysis Co-op, so the production is a bit slow.
No, the mod is not dead. We have no ETA at the moment, we're working on fixing some problems and adding more features.
We don't have a ETA yet, but due to a breakthrough in development, you can expect a release pretty soon, also we have not decided on which maps we will include in the beta. It is very likely that the "Frozen Apocalypse" map from the first beta is included, though.
You know, you don't need the source code for everything.
The other Nanosuit 2 guy is me, actually.
That's almost exactly what we are doing at the moment.
Though, after we get the campaign completed, we might add in some custom maps, too. Maybe even allow user submitted maps to be a part of the project.
