Yes there will be different kinds of transports like horses and other, which let you travel faster from one point to another.
There is still no official release, it's to risky to give one.

No there is no Multyplayer Mod and will never be. It seems to be impossible.

Ok, I don't really want to answer these questtions here, the next time please post them in the forum, this is the last time I will answer general questions here concerning the mod, we have a forum for that!

1. You won't be able to play as a member of the fellowship, the player will create a new charachter in Middle Earth, but he will be able to meet all his favourite persons from the Books.

2. Details about the Battle of Helms Deep or any other battle are still wip and not puplished.

3. It will take days to get from one place to the other, no real time days, days in the game.

4. The game will start one year before Bilbo Baggins birthday and so one year before the story of TLOTR.

I'm sorry we haven't released much in the last time, we had some serious problems, but right now, things are working better than ever!

@Blackdeath We know the Memod, and there is no competition between the two mods. The release date you mentioned was for beta 1 of the memod which actually has been moved to later and the release of both mods are still unknown but go for 1 or 2 quarter of 2004. If you want to see new stuff about the mod come and join us in our forum. That is right now the only place were we release new pics.

well of course will it work with Morrowind, it is made for MW ;-)

I can't say anything about the release date, we had some serious "problems" in the last few weeks working on the mod, which haven't been totally solved yet. I hope I can post some news in the next time to tell what's going on.
