I am Raygoza and keep contact with mod developers of mods I like, I like to help my offering suggestion and ideas. When it comes to modding I am not good at it, I am only able to change a few things in StarCraft and Homeworld 2.
I am not saying anyting against you LordGrantus, I am just saying tha there are some Good old things in this release.
Hell_Diguner They are compatible because the H*A*C*S is a Bigfile and the PTV 0,04 are just a bunch of folders with information on how the mod is going to work, in the end of the shortcut I just pu this:
-mod HACS.big -overrideBigFile
I think you get it, the mod overrides the chages which are against it's functions.
It looks like a coat or tentacles from the back.
Does the cake even exists in Portal?
Cool Corvette, the purpose of this seems similar with a heavy corvette because it has thicker armor and more firepower.
IN the first picture you show the beam coming from the middle and now I see that it will come from the other side from a mount, keep up the good progress.
Technically it looks like the beasts infection beam but in a wrong color.
I have been seen this mod on progress since the old version 0,04, I can say that much have happened and that this mod is great even with it's few bugs and such. All the hard work has done a lot to this mod and I would like to thank Molulu, the PTV development team and all who helped with this mod in any way to become what it is today, Thanks.

By the way I have succeded playing this mod with the mod H*A*C*S by putting the H*A*C*S mod in the data folder and modifying the shortct to use H*A*C*S.big and the overrideBigFile to use this version of the mod.
The Result is playing on Giant maps with the old Progenitor.
Benefits and ideas for the mod
Giant maps would change the gameplay alot considering that Somtaw jumps very cheap, there's a limit for how many resources a single ship will use for hyperspace, that way the cost wont keep increasing over long distances. And if the Progenitor Gateway could be used for troop transport for free to any place on the map by just telling the gate where to transport the ships and telling the fleet to jump trough the gate.

I couldn't because I have no rights to link it to the mod. In this release there is just the Progenitor race hought it's splitted in two. Sabbath which uses phase shelds and Amun which seems to be able to cloak their every ship. Anyway there are some things with this old version which I like, those things are:
The old Gateway effect, the Devastator, the old Keeper drone phase shelds,
The Devastator"which is now replaced by the Agilator", the Keeper drone is an alround fighter as in the campain, though in this release the Devastators help keeping strikecraft away while the Shiflers attack other targets.
I didn't know there was a forum, by the way, this release gives Molulu access to old work which hopefully will be usefull in the future of the mod.

I guess that means it wont replace the Vaygr bases, will it build something or just have very advanced sensors array?
If you change settings on the sound it could sound more robotic.
Sounds pretty good.
If you make this mod use features that are in both games then you could easily play the mod with Portal 1 because both games would be compatible. Though if you are going to use Portal two stuff then you need to port portal2 stuff to the mod in order to make it run correctly in portal.
I see a marine with a different weapon which seems to have a backpack, will it replace the regular one?
Could you release this for piano or the electronic version of it which can sound like many other instruments to?

The beam looks cool, if recolored it would look like the Beast's infection beam.
Just wondering, does this mod require the game or just the engine?
In case the engine is the only required thing then is it possible to download it somewhere?
This mod is not dead to me yet and I just want someone to confirm that that there's still work in progress even if it goes slow.
