Can you develop a similar patch for windows 8 64 bit. I cant run the game with any compatibility and with and without running as administrator.It only goes to splash screen then back to desktop can you help in any way?

Hi I wanted to know if you can make a patch to work on star trek armada for windows 8 64 bit I tried your old patch but my armada only goes to splash screen and then goes back to desktop I already changed compatibility to xp service pack 2 and all others also I ran as an administrator and without can you help please
