cool just doesnt work right on my laptop

just says "please insert a Tiberium Sun CD into CD rom drive I did nothing happens when i click ok message repeats...

It's a good mod but widows 7 seem to have huge problems with openGL i have a lot of lag issues making it hard to play, it slows down when ever i get fired at. So it's not a prob with the mod itself but with openGL
