It's not really Unreal. Different weapons from the classic suite, all new aliens and enemies except the Skaarj (and they don't really factor in to it much)...

But don't let that put you off. This is a very good game with a solid storyline and a delightful cast of characters. Wonderful scenery abounds as you tromp across the far reaches of space, and the banter is excellent throughout.

And the ending... gets me every time.

Those bots... god damn.

When I played this, I was new to UT. Young, fresh-faced... I expected a few short missions.

Oh, how much more I got... This mod will have a place in my heart forever. A far truer sequel to Unreal than U2 ever was.

Warcraft III isn't a very good game.

Warcraft III: the Frozen Throne made it brilliant, if only by giving the people the powerful editor that gave them the ability to make incredible things.

The quantum leap from unit editing to doodads, abilities and more; the vast slew of additonal trigger actions; access to gameplay constants and interface settings... The perfect balance of reach and flexibility.

And the Rexxar campaign is totally ballin'.
