I have read the whole manual and opened multiple tabs into different forums and what I can't find is any proper thread showing what exactly are the fixes needed (warg and dunlander camp) and how to fix them... By the way, these two fixes are not at all mentioned in the manual.

Hey Darth, I just switched over from Steam Workshop version to the Launcher version of the Mod. I was trying out the settings in the Launcher but it seems whenever I try to change a setting the asterix doesn't move. It that supposed to be the case?

Some buildings and technologies give you penalties to your modernisation progress. Samurai dojos are usually the main culprit. Raze them if you are having problems modernising and temporarily avoid researching technologies that have negative modernisation points. When you have more provinces it will be easier to accumulate modernisation points from various buildings and their upgrades.

Hi Sanguinius. When you sally forth to meet an enemy besieging your settlement, you are the attacker. Therefore, the enemy will stay defensive and wait for you to attack him. If the enemy wanted to attempt to takeover the settlement by force they would have done it during their turn rather than wait for you to sally out. It's easier to starve a settlement out or defeat a sallying force in the open field outside the settlement rather than attempt to scale the walls and lose many men the process. I hope this helps! Enjoy your game!
