Pity, I liked it so much :(

Very nice work there! I spent some time in on it and I can say it looks really promising, it has the usual faults and problems of every alpha.
Some textures missing here and there, some graphical elements to improved such as the shape of some scenarios and the objects found around, the SMG being "pixelated", some dead animation have single wrong frames (the zombies had for an instant the animation of the vanilla Imp for example), "Jump target 'playerisidle' not found in knife" being spammed in the console when I pick the knife, some more sound effects to be added, and so on.
But the concept is excellent and the first result is already awesome. Keep it up with the good work!

I never properly praised you for this game. I spent lots days playing it for years, and it's really nice to see some enthusiast creating a game this good. Keep up with the good work!

By the way, I just have some tips/questions:
1 You should reintroduce the Power-Off button for Tiberian Dawn
2 The construction range for Red Alert should be extended, currently it is only one cell, forcing me to positionate buildings to close and base defenses uncomfortably
3 Are you going to add Volkov as the Soviet Commando in skirmish mode?
4 AIs on Dune 2k never build concrete slabs. It makes indeed the work easier for me in skirmsh mode, but I don't really like unfair advantages :)
5 I personally see Snipers and Hijackers more as Allied Units for Red Alert, since they fit more with guerilla combat and sneaky strategies.

Just noticed Mental Omega APYR 3.0 turns 3 today! Keep up the good work, I'm sure next release is going to be beautiful!

Yes, but that's because in italian language there are two separate word that in english are both translated "tank": "serbatoio" refers only to a storage tank, if you are talking about the military vehicle you can't use "serbatoio", you can use "Carro armato", or some people say "corazzato" (but that's not common). So a correct translation is "Carro armato Punto".

Should be the "Serbatoio Difesa" an italian unit?
Because in italian "Serbatoio" means "STORAGE tank", "tank" as military vehicle in italian is usually "Carro armato" or sometimes "Corazzato"

I think they found a good voice impersonator, especially because the voice is so distorted it's hard to distinguish the real Udo Kier's voice from a good imitator

Maybe. With Avast I haven't any problem, and Comodo detect as virus other games, I've the same problem with PortableRa, Tiberian Dawn 1.06 and Tiberium Wars.
