Those two images are amazing. I honestly can't ******* wait.

This mod has such a unique atmosphere to it.
I really, really loved this mod.
Agreed. Looks way too atmospheric to fall back into oblivion.
I can't quite place why, but this structure seems somewhat Lovcraftian. Maybe it's because I already know that the influence is there.
I don't think that's true. If we are talking about retail games, then plenty of DLC content that requires a separate purchase is worth it. However, I'm curious to know which games you played that had free DLC that you think are greater than games that charge for them.
Hmm. Link doesn't work for me. I'd like to donate, but it just takes me to a page that says "Fatal error."
Jesus, I love everything about this. Appropriate speed on the shotgun reload. Also, I like the desperate/untrained way the pistol is reloaded. Keep up the good work.
Man, this is awesome. I had no idea we're this close to being able to play it.
Jesus, I'm afraid to see what the final boss is.
Okay, glad to see something like this is being implemented.
Damn, I'm just glad to hear something about the mod.
Kind of awkward when he didn't get the "press x to Jason" joke. Also, I loved Afraid of Monsters, but I was far more scared of Amnesia. I'm also pretty confident that, though I am waiting with bated for it, Cry of Fear will also not be as scary as Amnesia. Of course I know that I will have to play it to know. I wonder if Rumpel got to Amnesia's prison level...
Is this mod still going? The link leads nowhere.
Well, I like what I see in the picture, so that's good. Also, great to know this is still going.
Glad to see you're easing yourself back into the modding world. Can't wait.
Though I am looking forward to Cry of Fear a great deal, I am looking forward to this more. It's closer to the type of horror I love, and your environments look like they are going to be insanely well done.
My biggest fear here is that when you lose the bag, inventory management will become somewhat frustrating. In the recently posted video for example, you have to drop your lantern to do something else. I'm sure it won't be a problem in the end though.
I wish this was happening, the original was so awesome.
It doesn't really spoil too much. From what I understand, the game is going to be pretty long, so 7 minutes won't really put a dent in the experience. I personally didn't feel it did, and I was afraid of that as well.
I've played it for 45 minutes and have a few things to say. I know I'm going to come to love this game, that much is certain, though I have a few problems with the overall design so far. For one, why when you are prompted to look at a tutorial, the one relevant to the situation doesn't automatically come on? Also, why have a lot of things accessible in the "c" menu when they are just mapped to keys already? For example: sprint. Why have it be a selectable power when you just press shift to sprint anyway? Everything is WAY too dark, and the flashlight is honestly very weak, especially on the ground for some reason. The head bobbing while running is very annoying because it looks as if you are limping on one leg. The dialogue: Couldn't a proofreader have been hired? There are so many grammar mistakes for a commercial release, it almost borders on insulting to the consumer. The start of the game is somewhat jarring. The explanation and selection of the three classes (or whatever they are) should have occurred later, after you had been given a chance to experience gameplay. All of this being said, the environments are AMAZING, as well as the character designs. The actual gunplay is also pretty cool and feels neither over nor underpowered. Very appropriate given what your character is implied to be capable of. In summary, and I mean no offense when I say this, it's almost like you guys had a fun construct of a game, then implemented things to detract from the fluid and entertaining gameplay after the fact. Anyway, I'm still having fun and am going back to play it right now. I do not feel like my purchase was wasted at all.
