Hello Soul0Reaper, as graspee pointed out, both games make use of the Art Deco aesthetic, if you'd like to learn more about Art Deco, you can visit the Phoenix Online tumblr, there, we have a series of Developer's Blog entries on several games including Face Noir.

This particular entry refers to the game's Art Deco aesthetic. Postudios.tumblr.com

Hi asheskitty--

While the Phoenix store has you select what files you want initially, you do actually have access to both PC & Mac (and Linux, when we add that) after purchasing.

Hi, Zozio

I'm afraid we don't have an Episode 1+2 bundle in the works right now, but you can buy the Season Pass from our website and then redeem your purchase towards acquiring a Desura key for each episode.

You can purchase the Season Pass here: Store.postudios.com

It's definitely something we want to add down the line, but it seems for now that's dependent on whether or not we're greenlit.

Hi commodore,

Any keys we get from Steam for existing customers who have bought our game will be delivered to the email addresses provided by those customers. Generally, Steam keys are tied to a specific email addresses or Steam accounts, so you wouldn't probably wouldn't be able to pass that key on to your friend, sorry.

You can however gift items purchased at our store to other people/email addresses, if you wanted to give your friend a copy that way.

Also, if you already purchased the Episode 1, you'll want to check out the "Season Upgrade" bundle, which contains just Episodes 2-4. That one's intended for people who Ep 1 as a standalone.

Yes, we want to port the game to Linux. One of the biggest reasons we haven't yet is that Linux support was only recently added with Unity 4, but we're still working in Unity 3. Once we upgrade to the new version, making that port will become *much* easier. That upgrade will happen at some point, it's just a question of when.

heh, loved the 80's style trailer, the game does look great but the battle animations seemed to need one or two frames more.

With that said, the game looks amazingly fun.

I think Disney should go on the safer route and just release the teatrical versions without any of the subsequent improvements, mostly because there will always be purists who will cry fowl.

If those are proven commercially viable then they can mess around and see which of the new scenes should be stay and which should be removed.

I'm sure that will be a huge boost for your greenlight!

Here's to hoping both our games get greenlit

Heh, I loved the nod towards The Legend of Zelda in your video.

As for the game itself, I think the randomization makes for a very interesting take on the genre, other games have tried it, but usually only really scratched the surface.
