read the readme : copy the airborn folder into your ut root
as said before do you really expect a bunch of professional game developers, who are working on a mod for epic and intel in their freetime to answer that question, i mean commmmme on!
its really way to early to talk about anything "final" :)
for the next demo we will upgrade the jetbike to be able to shoot, but why not the idea isn't unusual and would make the flying cooler with playtime.
we didn't take any inspiration from maschinenkrieger :)
as said the design is based on actual planes, however we like maschinenkrieger, and I saved their images in our inspirationsfolder, so from now on it can be counted as inspiration to us ;)
Its funny how toony gets always connected to tf2, while they are the first to do it cool for ages in games, they didn't invent toony graphics.
However i have to admit, that in the beginnings of airborn we learned a lot from TF2s shading techdocs.
so with your radeon you can force filtering and AA? i tried that with my nvidia and it doesn't work, how is the performance with ut3? because at our native res (1280x720) it runs just like ut on my machine, but wse didn't optimize anything so far, no lods or something, but after all its way less tris and characters then in a normal ut match
does it really freeze or is it creating the shader caches?
what does the log say? something about missing shaders?
yep that was my only bet but i couldn't get it to run at all, not even for ut :/

oh he will fight them, but with his abilities, he will have his "gun" look in the concepts section, and his pogo is definitely going to be a weapon too, there will be action, kicking tokachu right now is just useless funny action to have at least a little action in it ;)
try putting the airborn folder into the folder where ut3 is located
is that vista 32bit? because on my 64 vista its without the "" thingies
Piño has his own jetbike and therefore he doesn't need to use someone elses plane ;)
its of course not british, it's also not german, its part of the fleet of the royal crown, there might be some similarities to the germans for the evil guys especially when it comes to talking, but its not our world ;)
did you download from fileplanet or from 4players/moddb? the version on fileplanet is outdated
did you follow the readme.txt? if so do you use a steam version of ut?
Do you use Windows XP or Vista? Is your Unreal patched to the lastest Build 2.1?

what we did is take old ww2 planes, take the parts we liked, changed, changed, changed till we had something that fit into our universe
We are working on it for a contest funded by Epic and Intel. Also we are all professional game developers working on that mod, so really, do you think we are going to give you positive feedback on that matter? :D
it generates some shadercaches when you first load it up, next time should be faster :)

it doesn't freeze it creates what it says, the shader caches... let it do that, next time you start it will start faster because of those caches :)
yeah i know next time we try to do it the official way, for now it was just easier to have it this way, because we have to work with it and having different versions of packages spread around the harddisk, just stinks :)

you are on WinXP or Vista? because ich have no "" in my links and it works, we had some players with trouble under XP with that, i'm sorry :/
we had the same issue on one of our controllers, we couldn't fix it for this build, it works perfectly good with a xbox controller, maybe you can invert the axis stuff dependant on the game thats started? like nvidia allows you to change driver stuff per program?
where is the airborn folder located? did you follow the readme.txt?
