It's nice to have a History Lesson sometimes :D However, I perfectly know Italian History from the fall of the West Roman Empire to nowadays since I AM italian. Italy become a nation only in 1861, that's correct, but Papal State was still a distinct region, and it would be conquered only ten years later, at the end of the third war of independence. In those ten years, Turin was the capitol (and for a real small period Florence), but Milan has never had the title of Italian Capitol. You know, it's passable in a normal conversion, because the "Repbblica Cisalpina" founded by Napoleon has Milano as capitol, but in a total conversion based on Historic facts it's weird to note this... As you says that Birmingham was English Capitol, Or Barcelona Spain, Munich for German, Vladivostok for Russia, New York for USA or Marseille for France. It's a minor error compared to other bugs, that's right, but still I find this error "naive".
Anyway, this doesn't change my feeling to the game

however, I note it's far for being complete: here's what I found:
1. Italy has a real low number of cities where to build. I know this is a legacy from the vanilla game, but it's kinda difficult to compete with other countries in Campaign mode.
2. Just when you send a cargo ship on a merchant route, you will see your money raise from a pathetic 6.000 $ income to 34.561.371.892 (not kidding, this was my income)... and then go bankrupt without warning.
3. When you attack rebels city, you have to fight off hordes of chivalry, rifleman, snipers, hotwizer... also if they cannot possibly afford it. Just can't understand this.
4. Ships are not complete, but doesn't matter, the Navies icon it's truly good to see.
5. Tanks: I can understand that if you do not use artillery they're just Invincible, but they have a sort of broken animation (they turn once, then another time, then they start firing) and after every battle you lost them... seriiusly, why?
6. This was a little embarassing for me: Milano as Italian Capital... really? I know it's just a minor thing compared to other... But Rome it's the Italian capitol since 1871.

Apart for these, it's really a wonderful mod, hope to see it fixed!

The job done with the new chaos units it's awesome, and porting Tyranids from DAWN OF WAR II it's another tactical genius idea.
However, there are a few things that concern me: first of all, Chaos and Tyranids seems to me more powerful than other factions, and they also receive more units than others. Second, I still don't get how the Army Cap works. In a Skirmish with Chaos I created 2 predators after realizing that vehicle cap doesn't rise, Instead the Unit rised. Basically, I am a "CODEX MOD" fan, really think that it's the best mod out here to play Dawn of War. To make it more challenging and various, I manage to add to the race-list other mods, like Black Templars, Tyranids, Renegade Guard, Inquisition and so on: the final lan-party result was just amazing!
However, I discovered another pretty good mod out here, named "Witch Hunter mod", made for Dark Crusade long before the SoB for SS. Now, I really like how they were made, so I want to add them for Soulstorm games, and maybe Codex, but I am not a programmer, just a good guy that have fun with RTS.
