Reason for 10/10 is simple - it's the best. The mod is complex, based on rethinking and succesfully improving the balance of the game and the demands it puts on player. It's not an eye candy, it's brilliantly difficult. It brings the engine to it's limits providing almost everything that could be done with this x-ray. It's very immersive. It gives a pleasure of playing with the game and its new mechanics that is bigger than the pleasure of following the original story. It forces the player to think. It brings a reasonable level of frustration - which is good in terms of mature gameplay. It provides tons of new content among wich are global changes and details as well, such as good quality new dialogs explaining the universe in satisfying way. And the way the team works and brings news shows great respect towards players. I could go on, but this is already enough for 10.
