I generally play RTS, FPS, and RPGs. Strategy games are also nice. I like the mod database quite a lot, since I usually end up playing a game and wishing I could add my own input.

Trying to join a mod for the first time. Lately I've found I have more extra time than I know what to do with, so I want to try my hand at concept art.
The mod is: "C+C: Sail the 7 Seas"
I chose this mod, because I've always been looking for a game that has ships (more than a few) from this era in history and actually tries to have decent quality, accurate game-play. Being more specific, I've been looking at ship to ship combat. I couldn't find anything at all decent. It was always stupid flash games where you control a single ship for a high score... The closest I ever came was the Pirates Of The Caribbean game. This, while not accurate at all, has the best game-play I've seen yet. Acceptably so, because it helps the game-play and follows the story-line of the movie. Now an RTS for this would definitely give me what I have been looking for. Heck it would give me MUCH more than that.
