Love video games. That is all.
Great to hear the project is not dead! It looks very promising; please keep us posted over at UnrealSP.org as well. We need more quality Single Player unreal mods and you guys seem quite capable of delivering. And of course: thank you for what you have done thus far, it is really appreciated.
Awesome mod, thank you for your work on this and I urge you to continue refining foxMOD. Just one question: I have quite a few of UT2004/UT99 classic maps (all DM, don't really play other modes much) that I play: will your AI improvements also work on these custom maps? The bots do work on these maps and have no trouble on them, but I just don't know if your AI tweaks will also apply. Any feedback is appreciated and thanks again for the very cool mod; I look forward to any new versions.
Some Scenario type single player missions (with scripting, specific goals, etc.) will be very welcome; thank you for this.
Wow, looks very cool. I am tracking you guys on UnrealSP; please keep us updated there as well. Very nice work and looking forward to the mod!
I agree, give your money to Dezowave, its they whom deserve it for LA, not GSC.
Thanks for the new updated version. Will give it a spin when I have some time.
Looks awesome. Thanks for the update.
I still don't really understand why GSC would call off the official support agreement they had with dezowave over the leak. GSC seems like a bunch of douches now to be honest. I mean why, over a leak? Are they worried of getting support calls from peeps with the leaked version? Is that really worth simply saying to dezowave "sorry suckers, no more agreement". Seems ******* lame to me. Can someone from dezowave explain this to me or does some NDA prevent them? I mean its not like the publisher of HL2 said "oh noes, a leak! no more deal Valve!".
Oh how I wish burgermeister would come back and update clan quest for latest unofficial patch and final camarilla edition. Clan Quest is such an awesome mod package! And if you ever read this burgermeister: thank you, really, thank you for all the effort you (and others involved) put into bring CQ to the community.
Just want to say that the mod looks incredible. I cannot wait! And also of course: a massive thank you to all involved for your hard work in bringing us all this new content for this amazing game. I will be tracking and spreading the word. And thank you again for bringing more content to one of my favourite games ever.
Awesome mod! Thank you so much for the hard work put into this and here is to hoping you guys continue! We need another awesome vampire the masquerade game or at least another game set in the world of darkness. This mod (and the upcoming antitribu) however is filling the void; awesome work guys and thanks again. I will track now and spread the word.
"Dump this trash in the canal"...LOL. Gotta love Deus Ex. Thanks for all the enhancements Cyber, GMDX is very cool for DX veterans.
Wonderful mod CyberP, thank you for the work you put into this, I truly appreciate it. Just one question: any chance you could collaborate with UnifiedDX guys to make the mods compatible? I know that Shifter probably won't fit into GMDX, but what I would love is being able to play through DX with GMDX and the new upgraded UI aspects of UnifiedDX. Just a thought; I have mentioned it to them as well. Thanks again for the great mod.
Firstly: thank you! UDX is awesome; I have been hoping for so long that someone would do something like this and here you guys are! So yeah, massive thank you. I am very happy that you will be improving on UDX in the months ahead, really look forward to it. I am also very stoked about your integration with Revision (cannot wait!). I understand that trying to get UDX to work with many of the older big mods will be very difficult, but please do try! One thing I want to request (humbly) though is whether it would be possible for you to correspond with CyberP of GMDX and try to make UDX compatible with GMDX, if not at the gameplay level then at least on the UI level (i.e. GMDX with improved UIs). This would be wonderful. And again: thank you so much for merging these incredible mods and bringing it to the community, we owe you a massive gratitude.
Glad to see this is still alive Alvin; your mod looks very promising. Keep us posted and remember that I am available for voice work if you need any (think I sent you a sample late last year).
Glad to see you are still updating this mod. This looks really promising; I love the more serious toned DX mods and this seems to be one on an epic scale. And...thank you for doing this; any high quality DX mods needs our (the community) support and encouragement. And again, if you need voice work let me know.
Cannot wait for when HDTP is finally released. Thank you so much to all involved. This is awesome.
Incredible mod. Having used it for a while, I just wanted to take this time and thank you for the work you put into this! Also just a humble request: when HDTP one day fully releases, please do come back and give old Shifter one final update to play nice with HDTP v1. Thanks again for all you have done for the DX community.
Thanks for this incredible mod. I especially love the mantling and the augmentation modifications. Don't forget to update it one day for Shifter 1.9; and again: thank you for all your hard work improving the best PC game ever made.
Will be tracking this. Looks very promising, just hope it won't end up dead :(. If you need voice acting, let me know. Cheering for you to keep working on the mod!
Hi there. I will be tracking this mod. It looks very promising. If you need voice acting, let me know. And thank you for what you have done thus far, it is appreciated. We need more quality DX mods and yours has the potential to become one of these I believe.
Sad this died. It looked very promising. Perhaps one day...
Brilliant work on this. I especially love the communications center.
Very cool, fits in with the aesthetics of TS, whilst still being unique enough to distinguish it from NOD/GDI. Great work.
Looking awesome. Very impressive work.
Soundtrack is very awesome, adds so much to the mod. The missions are very cool as well. One thing though: would it not be possible to put in something like TD/RA had where you could easily just review the briefing or chat history since sometimes the instructions in the mission come so fast (whilst you simultaneously are trying to survive!) that you miss them and don't exactly know what you need to do. Minor thing though. But yeah, awesome mod, best RA2 mod out there. Please take this all the way; I truly enjoy it. And thank you again for all the hard work that you guys have put into this.
Very nice mod. Really good. Looking forward to future versions where saving is restored and the campaign continued (seeing as this is a retelling of RA2). Thanks for all the hard work on this; it is greatly appreciated; especially for someone like me who prefers cool campaigns to skirmish/mp. Will be tracking now and spreading the word.
Very happy about the integration of unifiedDX into Revision. This is awesome, so DXR becomes a 'total package' now. Very happy about this and thanks to both parties for making this happen. So now it will be 'click install DXR' and then 'blown away by the amount of awesomeness'.
Just want to say as well: if commercial release is no longer an option, put up a big donation link on ModDB and official site (I know there is already a link, but make it more prominent). I will be first in line to make a generous donation once the mod is out as a fair compensation (a 'purchase' if you will) to all the hard work the team has put into this project. I will perhaps even make a donation prior to that as a show of support during these final days of the mod's development. Keep your head up guys and don't let a leak spoil the launch of this long project. Leaks happen, just have to deal with it sadly (think of HL2 leaks for example, Valve just had to suck it up). Surely GSC can understand this? Not like it’s your fault.
Hey guys, don't spoil it! **** the leaker and the leaks; just ignore it. Take your time to do the project justice. After all these years...don't hurt the baby now. Leaks happen...sadly. And as others have said: I am more than willing to pay for this. It will help support your continued support of the project after release (some post release patches, etc.). But yeah...don't rush this out the door, because of some leaks. We are all very eager to play this masterpiece, but don't want to see it released out of anger or a forced decision based on a leak. The true STALKER fans have more respect for you guys than that. Just take a step back, calm down and think what is best for this project that you have been working on for all these years.
Edit: Oh and yeah, I hope this isn't some April fools joke...cause if it is, it is in poor taste.
