Also, any update on the animation improvement, especially the revolvers? Seems weird with the bullets going inside the chamber and closing on its own.

I tried this but it does not work for me. I put all in the right location, started from the new EXE, then loaded the last save that I know work. Traveled through garbage again, and everytime I transition to new area, it ALWAYS CTD-ed. Anyway I can post the save to you guys to analyze?

Quick question:
Is there anyway I can tweak the bullet drop rate on killed NPCs? I want to make the bullets kind of rare and increase the cost of bullets, repair, and upgrade across the board for a bit more hardcore playstyle (not to the scale of Misery, however). Is there anyway you can help me with this? If this is not possible, perhaps the way AA2 done it (make all weapons not have ammo and instead put some ammo in the corpse that held the weapon)?

I've been playing the updated version for a while now (on my fifth day) but there's no blowouts. Did this version have the blowout disabled? If so, how do I enable it?

I've also gotten crashes when saving in the Army Warehouse area. Either near the Master stalker loner area, or around the Freedom base. Any idea what's causing it?

I'll have a look into it. Having some bullets in the weapon instead of the every guns fully loaded will have a big impact (in a good way) to having to scrounge every little bit of ammo. Inflating the bullet price (not to insane misery level) can be done manually so that's not really imperative although it would be nice to have.

I believe having every single gun looted as empty would be quite bad and unrealistic. I'll go check the file to see if i can tweak it somewhat.

I haven't heard of Devolution. Is this another merged mod that you make? Or is it going to be another update for this merge mod?

That's great! I can play around with the value as long as it is there, I guess. Would you be able to give us a sneak peek of the new features/weapons? Also, in playing AO for CS, I found some weapons have questionable texture work and/or animation. Did you by any chance update some of the texture or animation for the existing weapons?

A few questions: I got this bug where all the stalker guards over at Skadovsk goes hostile to me even though I didn't shoot anyone. I was actually helping them killing some wild boars and bloodsucker in front of skadovsk. After that, I went to help a stalker kill bloodsucker and he shot me as soon as he saw me coming, weapons holstered/drawn.

Another one: Can I actually tweak the bullet drop rate in the weapon upon NPC death? I found that I'm swimming in bullets way too soon as every gun have full ammo.

I'll take a screenshot and PM you with this. As for Les Mis, it is very likely the changes with the weapons are overwritten as I put in your mod last after Les Mis. So far it is fine.

The only thing I'm a bit concerned right now is if you could make the new weapon distribution (in trader and npc loadout) more progressive as to give sense of weapon progression in the game (no high end stuff in Zaton)?

Lastly, any idea of when the next version will come out?

Understood. I actually managed to somehow merge this with Les Miserables, as I only put in the values that pertains to what changes I want made.

Either way, I saw the white IMI Galil in-game (the first scientist dropped this), and the texture looks weird, honestly. I was just specifically thinking about the beginning weapon (the Mosin Nagant) as the texture really is wonky. You can perhaps replace some of the texture and/or animation from the OWR or AO (as credited in your mod already). I'll have to check some of these in-game once I get my hands on them.

Final question: When do you plan to have the next version out?

Sometimes it works and goes to the selection (where you want to either play Faction War or story mode), but then the screen just went black and CTD.

If it is something to do with Lebedev's dialogue, do you know what or where I should investigate? I'm not sure I know where to get the crash logs for CS.

No go for this one. It crashed after Lebedev tried to talk to me the first time I woke up. I found the death_generic.ltx in the gamedata/configs/misc folder instead. Maybe I'm missing some other files? Followed the instruction to the T.

WW2 bolt action rifles? If I may make suggestion and if you want to have a modern-era bolt action sniper rifles, you could also put these in since they will fit the setting:

- Russian SV98 ( - no need for new ammo type, sniper looks like TRG to be honest
- Czech Varmint rifle ( - no need for new ammo
- Czech CZ700MI or CZ 750MI ( - no need for new ammo

Seems like you can take the models from different snipers models, modify a bit and you have it.

Just feels it a bit more of an 'upgrade' with a more modern bolt action rifles.

I was hoping you could also put in Arsenal Overhaul weaponry and make it so that rookies wield more traditional/old weapons and expert wield newer/modern guns as to provide a sense of progress in the game.

Finally, will it also have all the additions that you are planning to add from the beginning (enhanced AI, npc looting, npc models, etc)? I'm looking forward to merging this with Faction Commander/War for freeplay after I finished the story mode :)
