Amazing mod, bringing back the original plans of DA for Freelancer along with some brand new universe and storytelling! I played the latest pre-pre-pre-release version and it's an absolute blast, like playing the original Freelancer for the first time! Very professional work!

Are the gates arount functional now? :3

Basically the colors are typical Corsair. I just took the originally used textures. The thing on top is the main cannon, as seen on a Liberty cruiser, but smaller. This gun will also rotate horizontally, so it won't be fully forward-fire concentrated.

This project will go with me to the grave :P

Allow me to give a suggestion: A brust of energy coming out of both sides and then coming back in, Stargate style but not water. That would be really epic IMO.

Why does the music sound so familiar?

I remember some time ago I found some mod that changes the SP and gameplay itself, I have no idea what is the name of this mod and I searched the whole database of downloads related to freelancer here on ModDB, and didn't find something even close to it. Did the mod just vanish? Or maybe I only imagined it?

Interesting how it somehow went near the original direction of the old project announced as "Freelancer 2" by MS, in which they planned to remake the original one with major changes in the gameplay, keeping the storyline and adding new chapters.

BTW a little bug report: When I minimize the game (alt+tab) it makes my screen black and keeps playing the music, and then I can't come back to the game. Maybe its a problem with the resolution? (1680x1050)

Hey, could anyone report a bug on The-Starport's registration page for me? I tried registering and it didn't show the verification code image, no matter how much I refresh it... Now, none of the chat links worked, so I have no way to report it other then here... Thanks for the helpers!
