Notch has made a game, quite capable of eating most of my free time and turning it into creativity time. For those of you who may not know, minecraft is a very easy to learn constructive/destructive open world simulation game complete with a random map generating system. Contained within this gem of a game is a system known as redstone.
Redstone is one of the most confusing (at times) yet pleasing building system within a game of this type. It allows for the creation of big or small machines and devices. similar to electricity but at the same time there are elements to it that allow for more flexibility in the creations and how they work, meaning, there are several ways to build one thing, but the challenge is whether or not you can find the simplest way to make all of the components interact smoothly.
