Well, looks like a Panther (I or II) with the same KwK 42/L70.
Nope, it was unable to turn its turret because the ring's size didn't fit. It was welded on the Bergepanther.
I know that they were setted up from dammaged Panzers V. Sometimes, it was a entire panther that was burried (in battle of Berlin).
