I have a few ideas, and love the whole steampunk genre, so I'll see if I can draw some things for this mod (if it isn't forgotten of course)
different? It's actually quite like the original one;
The main differences I can spot are the rivets (which will probably be textured on) the size of the pipes(could be a bit thicker) and the size and amount of buckets

ehm, in the basic gameplay video it looks like all infantry can capture buildings and all units can hold occupation points...

set it to 150*C for about two minutes, and you will have some delicious snacks whilst playing

I have the feeling that this vehicle was the basis for the original RA V2 launcher, but then again, those sprites aren't that detailed

however, I think the drill-bit is a bit to small (it has to make a large enough hole to let the vehicle actually pass trough it)
