COH version 2.602 without steam

hi guys i dont know if you'll remember me? i'm the guy, of the missing icons and i think i found what is wrong with that
let me tell you the story:

used to have windows 7 without the new frameworks and updates, so was not able to see the icons, so then after install windows 8.1 and only install COH and MC and what was my surprise, could see all the icons clearly and it was amazing, because i thought i was compatibility issues with my hardware.
but time pass and i want, i need, make a downgrade to my O.S. so searching the internet i found windows 7 with the .net framework 4.5.2 already installed, download and install and reinstall my COH with MC and again i can see the icons again.
so i think it has to be something with the net framework version.

i have my Windows original copy that came on a hidden partition on my laptop, just doing this for test and fun. so i have to restore my original O.S.

this is merely my imagination but maybe i have the right.
and sorry for my english, i speak spanish.

I play offline, just make sure you have the version 2.602 a least. And change the path of installation, for the one where you install the COH

Blitzkrieg V4.8.0.0. Complete Installer
install and just change the default folder installation for the one where you install you game
Example:
C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes
and then Blitzkrieg V4.8.1.0 BKCMPIV Patch Installer
Done. you have Blitzkrieg Mod Offline

And NO the original game it will not be affected
B-mod create a shortcut for launch B-mod

hi, reinstalling the game and the mod, i need to do that and i try the program corsix modstudio and see if the icons were there and yep, everything was ok i could see the icons inside.

my game has spanish language, for that reason some names may be different (only i translated the names)

hello, i've instaled MC 1.016 on the version 2.602 and works great! the only thing is, i can't see some icons, maybe it is because actually is only supported by 2700 steam. but, there's any way of solve this?
