Try doing a manual install for now, Extract RVE.zip into your gamedata folder, once i get a update of the loader i will upload it.
The installer works fine for me as i have tested it, I will ask to get a location browser to be added. and its a mod loader rather than a manager its only for the time being, The loader reads your registry so it will only work if you brought the game from steam.
The installer runs from your registry so if you don't have a brought copy the installer can't locate your game, This is simple loader the next version will have a option to locate your program files, also the new mod manager will be started soon this installer is only for the time being.

Grr sorry guys I set my computer to upload the mod when I went to bed, it seems windows 10 went through it's updates and restarted my system when it was uploading , go to love mircoshit and forced updates in windows 10, will start the upload again once I get home from work sorry again.

Sort of for engineer upgrades you need to upgrade structures, upgrading air will unlock higher tier air factories now.

That's not a bug you need to leave room for your units to pass through.
100% each upgrade if you look at a Tier one building its time will be a lot less once upgrades to T3.
The adapter has been moved to T2 to balance out the game as all other factions mobiles shields are T2.

At some point i will be adding a balance mod for people that like short games, In the next alpha the tree has had some work so its takes less time to tech up now and yes the ACU does game build speed buffs and engineers do to when upgrading tech levels.
When these units are all ready yes which there not at the moment, seeing a screen shot or render of them in game doesn't mean these units are finished to the point where they can be added , adding new ACU is one of the hardest units to add a lot of codding is needed.
Mite be pushed back to tomorrow a few bugs have come up which need to be looked at.

after unlocking T2 land two icons will show up on your factory where hunker and other ability are shown.
The new ACU's are getting a few changes before we add them in.

Cybran = ROF + DAMAGE
AEON = RANGE + DAMAGE
UEF + AREA DAMAGE + DAMAGE
and yes higher gens give better buffs.
No you saw place holders that i put on this unit, I would know i made them -_- ...
What are you doing when it crashes? try to use balanced AI to see if it crashes for you on that, I normally play with 1 or 2 Ai on high settings with a 2000 unit cap and never get any crash.
The problem with that mod is if you have zero resource and you stop building and start again with a new engineer the build process isn't slowed down.

We do plan to make our own RTS down the track that's for sure. We do get the odd person donate yes, we use the Money for mod tools mainly like the research tree editor.
Not annoyed at all :-), nothing intergraded yet so time will tell.
