No gifting engineers of another faction is OP it was in FA that the whole reason it was removed from SC2, If i added in limited tech for gifted unit it would be a waste of time the reason why you gift a engineer is to help your ally if there base as been wiped out, so limiting the tech would cripple them in away they wont be able to rebuild there base thats why i change the ability to what it is now even then i mite not add ether.
Ill upload a video showing the Redeem unit soon so people have a idea of both sides.

Im not removing it just not adding it in I may add it in for late game research unlock which won't be cheap.
Gifting units is to OP so i wont be adding it in sorry to say but i have added in the redeem unit which swaps your engineer for a allys engineer.

FA was unbalanced because of unit gifting i will work out away so it wont unbalance the game.
you cant gift SACUs only engineers and the tech will be limited.
the mod.config is in side the scd and what ever mod you use you will have to remove it, If your windows version inst English the mod manager get a error.

HAHA the whole point i started RVE was to make the game harder more complex simple games are boring :).
RVE VERSION 1.1 is old and unbalanced with both units and AI this i know and wont fix because i do not care to waste time on a obsolete version.
If you have shields, research stations or mass converters that are active you will always have a drain on your resources this is why you need to read the release notes which you clearly didn't, Energy gens still use power that's why they cost energy to build if they didn't what would power it to start outputting energy there not solar powered -_-, Dont forget RVE 1.1 is still a old version that what update for the last SC2 patch.
Use balance AI not random.
Did you select balanced AI i know one of the AI type have this problem which i have fixed for 1.2 as i have redone the AI from scratch.
New units , Tech Tree, abilities.
What unit cap were you using you mite of bricked the AI using a low cap.
Try removing the dots from the version number in the mod.config file
Not every one likes to use the balance mod that's why its a side mod but when 1.2 is released it will have a completely new balance.

Yes UEF power gens can repair in 1.2, Once i have new models ill upload it as a side mod.
Do not run more than 1 version of RVE at the same time deleted 1.05 download this and RVE 1.1 and thats all you need.
Nope sorry to say i wont let my mod be played with the normal scale haha, But really no there no way to change it you can but you be there for a very long long time.
Up the resource bonus for the AI.
That menu is only available in 1.2.
I'm waiting on some new models for the resources sharing and no date yet for 1.2 but i putting as much time into it as i can.
New support release uploaded 1.2 is still moving along slowing but is moving :) .
