the mod authors have to optimize the mods for enderal. there is no other way (or you do it yourself). alot did that. also enderal comes with a few mods like SkyUI already.
most of the graphical mods should work.
but do you really think the devs of enderal have nothing else to do than optimizing thousands of mods for enderal ?

btw there is a enderal category and tag on nexus.

in my opinion enderal doesnt even need extra mods.
its not like skyrim that you need 50 mods that it plays and looks good.

It depends on you hardware and everone have these FPS drops once in awhile.
The cause of it is the object density. Its much higher than in Skyrim and the engine cant handle so much detail on one place.
The solution for this will be a port for the special edition. The new 64 bit engine handles such things much better.
SureAI will look into that port in 6 months or so (they still work on the DLC) but they dont promise anything.

there isnt a release day yet.
end 2017, begin of 2018 or later. we dont know.

but you can still play the original skyrim.

Its an open world game.
There are many sidequests too

its 3/4 the size of skyrim.

Its like Skyrim but with its own universe, story, class and crafting system and of course world.
even 10 different climatic zones

the german release on july 1-3 will have english subtitles ;)
