Look at metro 2033's flashlight. They have a very wide "light cone" with really dim light at the edges. Wich is more realistic... the actual cone should be something like 180 degrees, but with really really dim light at the edges. If you look at a flaslight from the side its not like its pitch black until you get right in front of it! :D
seems a bit too dark, you should increase the ambient light brightness, and make it red/orange so it matches the skybox

over-used concrete texture. its erverywhere!
as far as i can see, the light texture is OFF. change the skin to 1, then it will be ON
but still, why spray on the floor? Put the spray on the wall with the rebell lying beneath it. and then the spray could be covered in blood! would be easier to understand what just happened.
the guy standing to the right who's been retextured has some really strange looking hands, like they have been dipped in some sort of sauce :O
hmm, what render mode do you use for the sprites? I always use "World space glow" so that the sprites dont appear huge when looked at from far away. Or maybe you just made them huge intentionally?
i think they all look a bit to round on the edges, looks too cuddly :P
maybe they should be brighter? (the point lights, not the sprites, those should be toned down a bit)
