Hey I got a friend that has this mod and he is having little trouble with it. He can start up the mod and can start a match, but once he does, he says that everything is black. it shows the hud and all the icons but the map itself and the units are black. he has a screen shot of it here Steamcommunity.com if that helps. if you guys know how to fix it please tell me. I want to play this awesome mod with him.

you gotta give the AI time and the resources, cuz I was playing a match and let the game drag out. then after a while they started cranking out a couple panzer 4s and panhthers

mister modders, I understand that this game is pretty buggy and that you have to work out the kinks. but could you tell me how to get the mod to start or direct me to ur guys's trouble shooting forum? because I want to play this mod and I installed like you said in the directions but it won't start. or it will start and then steam will say your playing for like 3 seconds and then say your not. so if you guys could help me in anyway or post back it would be awesome! thanks.

I just wanna correct you one that one piece of info. there weren't two hulls, just one turret and one hull. plus there was no crew for it, the russians managed to just simply grab them before the testers could destroy the two parts.

*sigh* I could go into a deep discussion of having the guns face forward still wouldn't work, but I'm not. I will tell you this though, just simply have the mark IV's and V's just simply traverse left or right. its just that simple.

yea, it's a fun realistic

true with the trenches, but I also noticed that the tanks don't tilt up or down on hills. they just stick out.
and i don't know if the game doesn't allow this or you made it like that, but the AT guns don't really aim the barrels up when fireing the shrapnel rounds. they just keep it down and fire forwards. even with some of the bugs though this is still an amazing mod.

no the mark IV's and V's don't fire directly forwards you gotta angle the tanks to the sides.

ArgNorthem is right, length of the barrel is somewhat proportionate to firepower, but its more on the side of penetration. you that during the battle of el almein, 25 pdrs were converted to use as AT guns, but they didn't change a thing. they simply used super charges to give their rounds they "velocity" its needs to penetrate tanks. because if physics goes the way you said. then how come 155mm artillary doesn't penetrate the top of tanks, when their caliber is so big?

hey I downloaded eastern front and started playing it then I left it to go play somthing else but when I clicked the launcher to play it again it popped up with an error report. what do I do??
