Is The Rising really dead? That'd be a a huge shame really and a complete waste of resources, I feel as if my leg is being pulled here.

Points Required to Unlock: 40
Name: Soldier Boy
Description: starts with a m16 and deals more damage since he was in the army.
Dev Notes: could be the best upgrade, but the hardest to get.(if there isn't a m16 then make it a shotgun with laser dot)
