The weapons look great!
Something about that face looks a little... alien. I guess you wouldn't really see the face from game-perspective but the eyes just look so sunken-in.
You see how good you look when your idea of great R&R is cold rice and a little rat meat.
It's actually caused by the shadow of his hat. As there is not really any lighting in this shot, it looks odd, but it'll blend in ingame.
I first believed that was face painting used to scare pacifier during embush.
