HOLY CRAP. That's all I have to say.
Looks great so far, although the onion-dome looks a little out of place.
hardly an issue scince even the RA3 MCV has it
I dunno, this one just looks a little to... alone? Everything else about the design looks so hard-line and blocky (very good for Soviet structures!) making the little round dome stick out a bit.
You know what? I'll reserve judgement until I see it textured.

Yeah.
It's more to play on the nostalgic fibre than to truly research architecture.
It's probably a reference to the RA2 War Factory, which did make a semiotic mistake on that front. I don't think it is such a big deal, though.
Hilariously, I had that exact TV Tropes page open when working on this, which kind of shows my opinion on the matter :P
